Halls Creek Tafe

The original brief for this project was to knock down some trees to make space for more buildings. In looking at the use of space it was evident that the school community pedagogically embraced the use of the outdoors. A number of the original buildings were dilapidated projects that were both visually poor and structurally inadequate. The focus of the project shifted to the retention of trees, removal of dilapidated buildings, new automotive workshop and an external teaching space that then made room for an upgrade of the grounds.
